The login service experienced intermittent instability between 02:00 and 03:00 BRT. Service was fully restored at 03:00 BRT and is currently operating normally.

The entire system is functioning correctly. We have optimized all workloads.

We continue to optimize the workloads and actively monitor their performance.

We optimized the cluster service and adjusted workload sizing to handle traffic more efficiently. The service has stabilized, and we continue to monitor performance. We will continue working to ensure ongoing reliability.

We identified the root cause and implemented two mitigation measures. Both actions were successful, and service performance has stabilized. We continue to monitor the system to ensure ongoing reliability.

We identified momentary instabilities during the reported timeframe. The incident was investigated to determine the root cause and define appropriate mitigation actions.
